First of all welcome to my site. I built this site as a place for all my students so they could get class files, handouts, and contact me whenever needed.
If you’re curious about who I am I’ll give you a little insight. I have been training students and clients for the past 10 years and absolutely loving it.
I started out as a Tour Guide at Disneyland, not guiding the Jungle Cruise, but taking guests, celebrities, and dignitaries on a tour of the entire park. My crazy over-the-top personality really shined and I loved working at the “Happiest Place on Earth”.
It was only natural that I accidentally fell into teaching computers. I’d grown up all my life around them. I started teaching for New Horizons Computer Learning Center at Anaheim, California.
My first classes were in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, FrontPage and Access. From there I branched out into the other Office applications: Publisher, Visio, Project, SharePoint, and SharePoint Designer. When I delved into the Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, Fireworks, and Dreamweaver, I really discovered a passion.
Recently I started creating video-based training. I worked with a Utah based company named LearnKey. There I designed both an in-depth look into Flash CS3 as well as a What-You-Need-To-Know to get you started with Illustrator CS3. With the Illustrator class I really shined using their awesome Live-Wall. Check it out the YouTube video in the Training Section.
Now I create video-content for CBTClips.com. Recently I created a Project 2007 and Access 2007 course. Currently I’m working on an awesome Excel 2010 course. Again check out some of the clips in the Training Section.
When I’m not teaching with New Horizons or creating video content I also designs websites and am a Social Media Strategist.
